How do I place an order?

1. Choose your products
Browse our site and select the items you want. Click Add to basket to set them aside.

2. Confirm your basket
Once your products are selected, open the basket at the top right. Verify quantities and references, then click Checkout.

3. Log in
Log in to your customer account.
If you don’t have one yet, it takes only a few seconds to create—this lets you track orders and manage invoices.

4. Select the delivery method
Choose the delivery option that suits you (home, relay point, express, etc.). Delivery times and costs appear automatically.

5. Check your details
Make sure your billing and delivery information is correct before continuing.

6. Choose your payment
Select your payment method—Credit Card, PayPal, Alma (3x or 4x installments, no fees), bank transfer, etc.—and enter your details.

7. Finalise your purchase
Check the order summary one last time, then click Pay.

8. Immediate confirmation
You’ll receive an automatic email confirming your order. You can also track your order in the My Orders section of your Woodbrass account.
