I bought a downloadable product on your site, and my order status remains "registered." What should I do?

When you purchase a downloadable product on Woodbrass, there may sometimes be a delay before you can access your software. In such cases, your order needs to be validated by our team to provide you with the download code. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your license number by email, along with an installation guide. This serial number will also be available on your PDF invoice, accessible from your customer account.
