How can I make a complaint about a malfunction or delivery issue?

If you encounter an issue with your product or a problem during delivery, here’s how to proceed to make a claim:

  1. Access your customer account: Log in to your Woodbrass customer area.
  2. Open a claim ticket: Go to the 'Contact Us' section via this link here and open a ticket, providing details of the malfunction or delivery issue encountered.
  3. Add additional information: For faster processing, we recommend attaching photos or videos of the issue. For a malfunction, please list all steps already taken to resolve the problem. For a delivery issue (damaged package, missing item), please specify the package references.
  4. Track your claim: Once your claim is submitted, our team will contact you with the next steps (replacement, return, or repair).
